AIm Higher: Harnessing AI for People and Planet

How do we ensure the AI revolution serves people and planet?

That was the central question behind AIm Higher, a special lunch hosted by Project Everyone at The Royal Institution alongside Founders Forum Group, ServiceNow and Google.org.

Bringing together voices from policy, technology, enterprise and creative culture, the event explored both the extraordinary potential of AI and the challenges that come with it. From opportunities to transform health and climate action to concerns around misinformation, skills and unequal access, the conversation highlighted the importance of building public trust as AI becomes an increasingly significant part of our lives.

Faisal Islam led the discussion, helping attendees explore what responsible and equitable AI could look like in practice and how its benefits can reach a much wider range of people.

AIm Higher is being developed as a convening and storytelling platform that brings together technology leaders, policymakers and talent around AI’s potential to tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges.

The ambition is to encourage greater investment and collaboration around AI solutions that can deliver meaningful progress in areas including health, climate, education and the wider public good.
